A comprehensive home renovation brought previously unpermitted work into compliance while adding a new, modern primary suite. City permitting was completed for a previously unpermitted rear addition, with setbacks and zoning requirements verified, followed by demolition of the nonconforming structure and construction of a properly permitted expansion. The new work delivers a spacious primary bedroom, a well-sized walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom designed for comfort and daily use.
Throughout the home, interiors were refreshed with new paint. The kitchen scope was documented and permitted to legalize existing conditions, but left otherwise unchanged, and targeted electrical improvements were completed to support new individual air conditioning and modern loads, resulting in a fully permitted home with a significant upgrade in livability and long-term value.
