Roofing Repair and Siding Replacement

The architectural work on the roofing repair and siding replacement of the Amesti Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room focused on enhancing the building’s functionality and aesthetics while ensuring long-term durability.

The existing structure was thoroughly assessed, with areas of wear and damage in both the roof and siding identified. The design prioritized the use of weather-resistant materials to maintain the building’s integrity against the elements.

The new roofing system was designed to improve insulation and energy efficiency, reducing future maintenance costs. The siding replacement, using modern, durable materials, updated the appearance of the Multi-Purpose Room and reinforced the structure’s protection from environmental damage. The work aimed to create a solution that balanced both aesthetic improvements and the practical needs of the school, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and inviting space for students and staff.
