Ushiya Grill

The restaurant tenant improvement project was designed to enhance both the functionality and atmosphere of the space, creating a more efficient and inviting environment.

Key improvements included the selective demolition of walls and casework to improve sight lines and streamline restaurant operations. The dining area layout was reconfigured to optimize seating and customer experience, while a new front reception counter was added to improve service efficiency.

Additionally, the interior was refreshed with new paint, contributing to an updated and more welcoming ambiance throughout the space. These carefully planned improvements worked together to create a more functional, visually appealing, and customer-friendly environment, supporting both operational needs and an enjoyable dining experience.
