Taste of Safari Grill
The project was a tenant improvement for an African Mexican restaurant, converting an existing coffee shop into a functional and vibrant dining space.
The dining area was reconfigured with a new layout to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests. The kitchen was redesigned with a new equipment layout to optimize workflow and efficiency, along with updated finishes to improve both aesthetics and functionality. An open kitchen concept was introduced, with a new bar counter added to enhance the dining experience and allow customers to view the preparation of their meals. A new kitchen floor was installed to provide a more durable and modern surface. The service kitchen was also revamped with a new equipment layout and additional storage to support the restaurant’s operations. Finally, an office and staff room were incorporated into the design to provide a practical space for staff use. This tenant improvement successfully transformed the former coffee shop into a fully equipped restaurant, tailored to the specific needs of the African Mexican cuisine concept.
