The project was a tenant improvement for an African-Mexican restaurant, converting an existing coffee shop into a functional and vibrant dining space.

The dining area was reconfigured to create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, while the kitchen was redesigned with a new equipment layout and updated finishes to improve workflow and functionality. An open-kitchen concept with a new bar counter was introduced to enhance the guest experience, along with a new durable kitchen floor.

The service kitchen was revamped with a new equipment layout and additional storage to support day-to-day operations, and an office and staff room were incorporated to provide practical back-of-house support spaces. This tenant improvement transformed the former coffee shop into a fully equipped restaurant tailored to the African-Mexican cuisine concept.
