What do you recommend as a basic package for marketing materials?
The most essential part of your business is your identity, which
starts with your logo. Once your logo has been designed, we
recommend having business cards and flyers/brochures
designed to get your name out and briefly introduce your
audience to your presence and services. A website is the next
step, which allows you to go into greater detail, show samples
and gives you exposure to a much wider market.
How do I buy a website?
First, you must purchase a domain name. There are many
companies, which sell domain names, all with competitive
prices. Once you have purchased your domain name, you will
need to find a hosting company that will allow your web page to
be viewed online. We offer competitive rates for hosting, but are
still able to provide all of our services to you if you already have
hosting established through another provider. Next, you need to
develop content. Having content developed in advance can
greatly decrease the cost of designing your site. We do however
offer content development. From there, it is all design. We
research your target audience to ensure that your site is
attractive, informative and easy to navigate.
What is the average turn around time for your designs?
Turn around time varies depending on the level of detail involved in the project. We can meet most time constraints if you need your project completed faster. The more information we have in advance, the more expedient the process becomes. It is a good idea to brainstorm about your project before beginning a consultation so that less time is spent in revisions and re-design.
How is your pricing determined?
Pricing varies depending upon the service that is being provided. On the contact page, simply click on the email name and provide as much information as you have regarding your project. We will be more than happy to provide you with a quote. Our pricing is fair and competitive.
How do I pay for your services?
On larger projects, we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated completion cost, with a balance due within 15 days after completion. For business packages, we prefer ‘pay-as-you go’ terms, where each project is paid for upon completion before the next begins. For smaller projects and designs, payment is required at the time of completion.
